They are made with a bending wood and high quality 1/2'' plywood. They are design in 3D model, and produced with a combination of CNC machines and craftmanship that YOU WON’T FIND EVERYWHERE to give it that perfect ready to paint finish or use as is.
 
The walls come unpainted.
If you select 4' wide or under it will be a one piece wall unless you write it on the special request 
 
JCO's products are best if used indoors. The walls in exteriors environment are not recommended, use at your own risk ( like windy days and rainy days)
 
The use of the sandbags or weight are highly recommended for stability
 
Example photos is 7'H x 6'W , with 5 layers 
Walls over four feet wide each layer is 2.5 deep, and walls over five feet wide each layer is 3 inches deep, and the width of each layer is base on the size of the wall. Please contact us if you need a specific width on the layers or  if you need specific spacing on the middle of the arch.
