Shipping:

  • Certain items we do not offer shipping, only local pick up.

  • We offer local delivery with additional fees.

  • WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER                                                                                 It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address is entered correctly. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping on time. There is a very small-time gap to change your address. If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us as soon as you place your order. We will do our best to make the change, however we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so. If it's too late for our team to change the address in the order, we can attempt an address change with UPS. This does require additional fees that you are responsible for.

  • Extra Shipping Charges:

If you upgraded your shipping and the package was returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will not be reimbursed for the upgraded shipping fees.

  • GROUND TRANSIT TIME:

1-4 days transit time - East Coast

3-5 days transit time - Central USA

4-6 days transit time - West Coast

 Policy:

  • Custom orders- be as specific as possible and please provide an inspiration picture or drawing. We can make a similar product to image but will not be same exact item from image.

  • All order are confirm BY invoice, not Facebook messenger, Instagram, text , calls or any other platform. 

  • After you confirm the invoice , and item is produce to your specifications, and you realize that the specifications you provide were incorrect, re-fix or remade will be on your own expenses. If is a error from JCO Product we will honor the order.

  • After 48 hours of processing the order, all orders are final-No returns will be accepted. Exchange can be done for the same value of the item being exchange, the exchange can only be possible if our team haven't started producing the item. And if exchanging item for item must be made same day of canceling item. 

  • WHEN CANCELING A ORDER YOU WILL BE CHARGED A PROCESSING FEE OF YOUR ORDER AMOUNT AND WE WILL NOT HOLD CREDIT TOWARD OTHER ITEMS 

  • Claims are guarantee up 24 hour of receiving the package from carrier. And we will need pictures of the item to be able to process the claim.

  • Claims on pick up orders are guarantee up to 24 hours. We do not accept any returns Item or exchange after items leaves the shop (is your responsibility to inspect items). 

  • Claims within 24 hours, item needs to be return in the same condition unused. After inspection we will decide if you will get a partial refund. If Item is use and/ or painted, partial refund will NOT be process or re-fix.

  • If claim is accepted, 50% re-stocking fees will be apply. 

  • Sizes are always approximately ± 1.0 inch

  • Items doesn’t include extra hardware.

  • Before scheduling for pick up, items must be paid in full.

  • After items are completed and you are inform, you have 3 business days to provide your pick up date. No communication in that period of time after you were inform - we will cancel your order

  • When picking up your items is your responsibility that you have all the means to transport the item according to the size of your order. 

  • ORDERS WITH AFFIRM  or 3rd party companies- YOU WILL NOT GET A REFUND. (Please make sure you review your order before submitting) â€‹
